Generating a document
Section titled “Generating a document”Servantium creates documents from your engagement’s structured data — scope, pricing, deliverables, and timeline all flow from the quote.
- Navigate to the Documents tab within your engagement.
- Click Generate SOW (or choose another document type).
- Review the generated preview — it includes project overview, deliverables, timeline, and total investment.
- Edit any section directly in the preview.
- Export as PDF or share a link.
What’s in a generated SOW?

Document templates
Section titled “Document templates”Customize the structure and language of your generated documents with templates. Control:
- Section order and headings
- Standard terms and conditions
- Branding and formatting
- Which data fields appear in each section
Export options
Section titled “Export options”- PDF — Polished, client-ready document
- Shareable link — View-only link for client review
- DOCX — Editable Word document (coming soon)
