Notes capture the context from every client interaction — discovery calls, requirements sessions, stakeholder meetings, technical discussions. Each note is attached to an engagement and timestamped.

Unlike meeting notes in a shared drive, Servantium notes are structured and connected:

  • Attached to a specific engagement (not floating in a folder)
