Quick Start
Create your account
Section titled “Create your account”-
Navigate to app.servantium.com and sign up with your work email.

Set up your organization. Enter your company name, industry, and team size. This helps Servantium tailor the experience.

Invite your team. Add colleagues who will be building engagements, creating quotes, or managing delivery.
Create your first engagement
Section titled “Create your first engagement”-
Click Create Engagement in the top bar.

Enter the client name and engagement title (e.g., “Acme Corp — CRM Implementation”).

Add basic details: expected timeline, engagement type, and any notes from your initial conversations.

Navigate to the Quotes tab to start building your pricing.
Build a quote
Section titled “Build a quote”In the Quotes tab of your engagement:

Click Add Group to create a pricing section (e.g., “Discovery & Requirements”).

Add line items within each group — resources (people), materials, or fixed fees.

Set quantities, costs, and markup for each item. Servantium calculates totals automatically.

Review the estimate total bar at the bottom for a summary of cost, markup, and total.
Generate a proposal
Section titled “Generate a proposal”Once your quote is complete:

Navigate to the Documents tab.

Click Generate SOW to create a Statement of Work from your scoped engagement.

Review the generated document — it pulls scope, pricing, and deliverables directly from your quote.

Export as PDF or share a link with your client.
